Return Policy: Train Horn Kits
There are times when an item must be returned and we
understand. That's why we have put together an easy method for
processing returns. Please read over the following:
Requesting Return Authorization:
Returns should be made within 14 Days of purchase. An RMA must
be requested from customerservice@trainhornkits.com. Upon
approval, an RMA confirmation will be emailed to the requesting
customer. Item(s) should be returned unopened and in the
original packaging and in original new condition. The customer
is responsible for any shipping charges for returned items.
Return of new items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All
returns will be examined for defects or abuse by a qualified
technician. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be
issued, or replacement will be sent. Items received without an
RMA will be returned to sender at sender’s expense. Items
received and determined not to be in “new condition” or
determined to be “abused” will be returned to the customer at
the customer’s expense and no refund will be approved. In the
case of returns, other than defects, Shipping fees will not be
returned and will be the Buyer’s responsibility, to include
insurance. Deviations to this return policy are granted at the
sole discretion of TrainHornKits.Com.

Maximus Horn Systems offers a 60 day Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
on Air Compressors. For specific Warranty
